Families who wish to receive their pet's ashes back choose Private Cremation, with ashes returned in a thoughtfully prepared keepsake and hand-delivered to your door by a member of our team.
We coordinate every step directly. Your pet is carried from home into our gentle care, where any memorial keepsakes you've chosen are lovingly prepared, and then on to our trusted cremation facility.

two Cremation Method options
Traditional Flame Cremation vs Aquamation (water cremation)
Within private cremation, your family also chooses how cremation is performed. Traditional flame cremation is the long-established method, performed at our trusted cremation facility with reverence at every step. Your pet’s ashes are typically returned home within 10 to 14 business days from pickup. Aquamation (water cremation) is a flameless, water-based process that gently returns your pet to nature using warm water and natural mineral salts.
Many families choose Aquamation as an eco-conscious path of care: the process uses less energy and produces no direct emissions, and because it is gentler, more of your pet is preserved — returning home in a soft, light-colored powder. The Aquamation timeline is longer than traditional cremation; returned ashes can take up to 3 to 4 weeks from pickup.
